Happy Monday Efurrybody!! This is the look on my (Jacob's) face when Mama told us that she would have to leave us alone ALL DAY!! Seems she has to go to this far away place called W-O-R-K?? I am not sure about this at all. Mama has been home with us lots and lots since I came to live here and now all of a sudden she has to go away for th whole DAY???
Not to worry Jacob, I love when Mama goes back to work! We get back to a regular ROUTINE!! HURRAY!! We will get up and go for walkies in the morning, get our cookies ON TIME for a change and then can do whatever we want during the day!! Then there is happy dancing when Mama gets home and dinner...ooooo this is going to be GREAT!!
(Dory) Don't worry Jacob....we can just take one long nap and then she'll be home!
Well.....if you guys SAY it will be ok...I think I'll just wait and see.

Jacob, Dory and Bilbo know what they're woofing about! Walks and cookies on time are wonderful things and snoozing the day away - WITHOUT daft human interruptions - just can't be beat! And oooooh we love the happy dance too - we hope to see photos of your first happy dances Jacob, we bet you'll be a pro! And just remember - with mom at work it means more money for doggie noms and treats, he he he!!

ReplyDeleteWe really hate it when Grammy and Robert have to go to work, too. We are kind of used to Papa going to work, though Pippin just sits by the door and mopes until Papa comes home. Grammy and Robert have had to go almost every week day this past couple of weeks to work on moving everything out of Papa's Auntie's house (the one that took the human Rainbow Bridge a few months ago) They are so tired when they get back that they don't even want to go out and play and we have gotten TERRIBLY behind on reading our friend's blogs... :( The CCC

Hang in there Jacob - it's happened to us too! Moms have a good way of making that kind of stuff up to us doggies, and now you get all day to snooze! Makes it harder to keep up on the bloggies though, without our humans around it's so much harder to check in on all our furiends!
