We are celebrating November with gratitude again this year. Every day during the month we will find something to be thankful for, be it big or small, to share with you.

Most backyards in states to the north of us look to American Red Robins to tell them when Spring begins. Here, in the high desert of New Mexico, the Robins like to come down here in the Fall and stay until the Spring.
Today, we are thankful the American Robins have made their way back to our backyard this Fall.
TC caught some fun footage of them playing in the fountain:

They look very happy to be in your fountain this time of year. See you in the spring, robins!
ReplyDeleteWe guess the robins all go south like the retired people do for the winter!
ReplyDeleteNow we know where our robins go when they leave here. Take good care of them for us, Sunny.

ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to the pups and my very best to their wonderful peeps. ♥
THAT"S where they go!
ReplyDeleteSeriously. We might have a pair staying on this year. We had a single do that through a snowy, cold winter one year. We had a Baker's Dozen another year. In January of February.
Niece Sunny OMDs you look stunning today.
ReplyDeleteI don't think the Robins in NC have the white markings around their eyes.
These are most handsome
Hugs Cecilia
SOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry Aunty C to Niece Sunny

ReplyDeleteWhat fun, I'm glad they have someplace to overwinter.
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "We have GOT to get our Dada to put in a water feature. Preferably right outside our favorite window."
ReplyDeleteLulu: "Which one is your favorite window?"
Charlee: "Whichever one has the water feature!"
