When I have had a stressful day, I like to unwind in my Princess tiara with my favorite stuffies. Mama likes to unwind by watching the birdy videos TC and SF have captured. Today, on Backyard Wildlife Wednesday, Mama has put together some relaxing birdy TV for you all to enjoy:

Hari OM Another great birdy vid... and I have to confess, Sunny, that I don't have too many stressful ones these days - worrisome at times, but not stressful. That said, I do need my mind switching off and one of the best ways to do that for me is to put on some quiet music and meditate. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Watching the birdies is so entertaining and you look so pretty in your tiara, Sunny. Mom can only say that watching the news is not a great idea on how to unwind after a busy or stressful day.

I usually blog or listen to music or watch TV, need a distraction after a stressful day!

Bailie relaxes all day in her office bed but Nelson and I like to hang out on the couch with Mom, cuddle, and watch some TV before bed.
