Thankful For Nature Walkies...I think

 This week,  Mama took me on my very first walk at Arcata Marsh! I had a blast walking on the trails and trying to chase listening to the little tweety birds!

 I met this little guy along the trail...

 Mama says he is just your basic, everyday slug and not tasty at all. So I decided not to eat him...I did get a little lick in though, boy was he slimy!

 Mama tried to get me to pose in front of these pretty lupines...but guess what she forgot?

Yep, no cookies...and we all know the motto right??

"No cookie, no lookie!"

I did smile for her though, cause you know...she might stop by the cookie place on the way home, right?

 Then I came across this SCARY thing!!! Mama says it is a feather...I say it is EVIL and should be avoided at all costs!!

 Then things got REAL scary....this BIG GIGANTIC DUCK jumped out in front of me!! Mama thought I might go all barky on him...Not me, I am a good girl and tried to hide behind Mama didn't bark at all!

Rainy Day Fun - #ChewyInfluencer

 I don't know about everybody else but after a sunny start, May has turned cloudy and rainy up here on the Northy North Coast of California. Mama takes us for walks in the misty rain, but lately we have been getting some heavier rain and even an occasional thunderboomer!  This can get pretty boring for an outdoor gal like me, so when Chewy.com asked if we wanted to test out a cool toy made to keep dogs out of trouble from being bored, I barked yes right away!

 Here it is!! The Starmark Treat Dispensing Bob-A-Lot toy!!

 What are you gonna put in it Mama??

It fits a variety size of treats and you can even put your kibble in it....Mama, you ARE going to put a nommy treat in it right?? 

We had some Merrick treats Mama left out from our BlogPaws/Chewy Conference swag bag, so Mama put some of those in the top. She jiggled most of them down into the bottom chamber, closed the top chamber a little and then screwed the yellow top on!

 The Boyz are wondering how the treats will get in their tummies!

 Mama opened the little sliding compartment big enough to let a power bite through. No worries for you bigger pups, this toy come in a large size too!!

 Now it's up to us to get those treats out!!

 Arty doesn't understand why they aren't popping into his mouth all by themselves...

 But I figured it our right away! 

You have to but your paw on it boys...

 Then tip it over...like this!!

Mama had to close the little slider on the compartment a little more to make it a bit more difficult to get the treats. I figured it out pretty quick...the boyz and I had a blast snarfing the Power Bites!

 Thanks Rosy, can you tip out some more???

We give this 12 Paws Up!! Mama loves it because it keeps me out of trouble entertained, I love it because it is fun and the boys love it 'cause they get treats! This toy is just the ray of sunshine to brighten up a stormy day. Go check them out HERE on Chewy.com!

Monday 'Minders

It's a big week here at LLB...this week we get to 

CHANGE BACKYARDS!!! We will be doing the last of the packing Monday and Tuesday...and then Wednesday we get to go to Camp and when Mama picks us up Friday we will be ALL MOVED!! Mama said we could go visit our new backyard a couple times Tuesday and Wednesday...Make sure to follow us on Instagram or Facebook for sneak peaks!

Here we have some Springtime Calla Lilies!

These  are pretty common up here on the Northy North California coast from March until June!

 Here we have some Clematis Montana Rubens.

I know..pretty scientific huh?? I sat down with Mama and found her an "App" for her Smartphone called PlantSnap! Now she just takes a picture of a flower or plant and it will give her its name!

 Here is some neighborhood Flowering Dogwood!

 We found this Creeping Aster while on a walk at the Marsh

 Mama finally found out this flower is a Radish Weed...they come in a ton of different colors!

 ..and finally we have a Rainbow Iris with a slight beard
