Today on Travel Tuesday, I get to tell you about my road trip adventure in search of Bigfoot!! Mama also said something about this being one of a few "test drives" I need to go on before the BAR this summer. This trip was to make sure my tummy can handle twisty turny uppy downy roads....whatever, bring it, Mama!
Mama and I left early in the morning, the early dog gets the Bigfoot, right??!!
We stopped midway between home and Willow Creek,
I sniffed around,
and sniffed the breezes....
We are on the right track Mama....on to Willow Creek!!
Back in 2013 there was a movie made about Bigfoot living in Willow Creek by Bob Goldthwait
(Mama says you can rent in on something called Amazon)
When we arrived in Willow Creek, I talked to this guy and he suggested we head North!!
So we headed into the mountains along the...
Bigfoot Scenic Byway
(also known as Route 96)
After a bit, I had Mama pull over so I cold confirm we were on he right track!!
"This Way Mama!!!"
We drove and drove for about 87 minutes until lunchtime...
While we were stopped, a little birdie tweeted via #Bigfootsightings!
Bigfoot had been seen crossing through the park where we stopped for lunch!!
This way Mama...this way!!!
Unfortunately, Mama and I walked and walked with no
sign of Bigfoot!!!
BUMMER!!!!
Mama said we had to start back home, but she knew a place I could find Bigfoot for sure!!!
Very funny Mama, very funny!!!
Next time Bigfoot, I will find you FOR SURE!!!!
Thank you for joining me for Arty's Adventures on Travel Tuesday!! Just for the record, my tummy did just fine and I even had drinks of water and treats!! Mama says on my next adventure we are going to bring Dory to see how Mama does with both of us!!!
next time you will find bigfoot, I'm sure... and if not you maybe will find some gold nuggets there too? they would make great ornament on the christmas tree :o)
ReplyDeleteMom says adventures with one dog are so easy it is almost boring. When she brings two of us, the challenge begins. Glad you didn't find that Big Foot dude. He sounds scary!

That BigFoot is lucky that he didn't meet up with you! We have the Fouke monster not too far from us. We have never seen him either, but you've inspired us to go sniff for him.
