Happy Aloha Flower Friday Everypawdy! Today, Mama and I are going to show you some of the more serene statues, along with a flower or two, she saw while her and Daddy were in Hawaii!
Like this beautimous unicorn, sitting in a serene grassy area
...and then there was an Oriental Garden where she saw these stone figures
This colorful Itty Bitty Iris (aka yellow neomarica candida) seemed like a wonderful serene bloom to share today...
Mama says she wish she would have put something next to the blooms for scale. The blooms were about as big as her thumb...
...and so very delicate!
Mama also found this sweet Geisha-like lady in the Oriental garden.
Last, but not least, Mama green stone pond with a little stone girl guarding it!
Here's to a serene and Aloha-like weekend!
Join Arty next week when he shows you the last of the Hawaii blooms!

ReplyDeleteHari Om
ReplyDeletehow wonderfurs that aloha has such meaning in the same way as hari om or namaste do - makes plain old 'hello' seem weak indeed!!! adored the iris - but I think the green-clad statue may be the Chinese version of the Buddhist goddess Tara - mother nature!!! hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh Rosy your lovely flowery crown in the first photo is very pretty. Mama and Daddy saw lots of lovely prettiness in Hawaii.
ReplyDeleteHow were things along Rt. 66 yesterday?
