Today, I am thankful Autumn has finally arrived here on the Northy North Coast of California. October was still pretty warm but then November arrived! The temperatures have cooled down, and the air has that crisp Autumn feel. You know the feeling, when all you want to do is zoomies around the backyard?!
The leaves are also finally turning beautiful colors and starting to fall from the trees. There is something special about feeling crunchy leaves under your paws during a hike!
I know that the Howlidays are right around the corner but I am thankful for the quiet part of Autumn in between Howlaween and Thanksgiving.
I think this part of Autumn may be my most favorite part of the year, and not just because I look so beautimous in my orange bow and pumpkin bandana...teeheehee

ReplyDelete...which you do, of course! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
you are right, that is a good time... and you look so super fabulous with orange!!!
ReplyDeleteYou look just beautiful, Rosy! We love autumn as much as you do.
ReplyDeleteWe find it kind of sad that everyone jumps from Halloween to Christmas. We miss the fall/Thanksgiving celebration time. Mom wanted some Thanksgiving decorations, but the stores don't have any, it is all Christmas. Love your bandana!
ReplyDeleteThose leaves simply cannot be as pretty as you are sweet Rosy! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteYou are a bit behind us with the fall colors. All our leaves are down now and our mom has to use the tractor to chop them up and blow them away.
ReplyDeleteNiece Rosy............OMDs you look 87 kinds of adorable and what a pose and smile.
ReplyDeleteStay by the phone I bet you're gonna get all kinds of offers to pose on Dog Fancy, HGTV,
Better Homes and Gardens etc.
Hugs Aunty HiC
That last photo is definitely a movie star pose! You are so cute!!!
ReplyDeleteRosy, it's hard to disagree. You do indeed look beautimous in orange.

I love fall. The warm colors and the weather. I agree that October was a very warm month. Here in Central California is was very warm.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches to the pups and my best to your mom. ♥
Aww Rosy...you wear orange so well. Enjoy that special part of autumn while it's around.
ReplyDeleteWell, you DO look positively beautiful in your autumn colors. We love this time of year too but it’s still in the 80s here in the afternoons.
ReplyDeleteLooking so good and so beautiful
ReplyDeleteYou sure do look very beautimous, Rosy!!! We like this time of the year too. The nights are cool and the days are cool enough for some nice walks with Mom. But we are getting excited for winter and hopefully SNOW (but not Mom).
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
You do rock that bow and bandana, Rosy. I'm not allowed to go on walks anymore and do crunchy runs through the leaves. My allergies are acting up. So I have to stay at home and work a (treat) puzzle - which takes me like 5.5 seconds - while Lucy gets to go walk the neighborhood. XOX Xena
ReplyDeleteAutumn is the time for zooming in the yard.
ReplyDeleteOh gurl, isn't it nice! FINALLY! We usually have to waits longer than anyone to gets some crisp aire around here, huh? And Ma is all excited abouts the cold storms possibly coming down from up north ~ me? no! I don't likes the wet furs! sigh. (we both hates the sub-tropical ones though)
ReplyDeleteYou are lookin' most adorables in your Autumn swag my furiend! That orange looks FABulous against your furs!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
You are right that this quiet part of autumn is quite nice. We even had a little Indian summer...it was very nice to have that warmer air while outside finishing our autumn chores!
