Happy Flowery Nature Friday!
Today, through the magic of the internets, while I am "On the Road Again", I get to virtually show you some of the very colorful summer flowers Mama has been seeing at the ABQ Botanical Gardens this Summer!
Mama has been getting a bit artsy with her editing lately....here is a close up of a pretty pink hibiscus
The last couple of weeks, the Tiger Lilies have been beautimous!
They still have bunches of Lotus flowers.
Mama saw a couple of cool bugs too
This grasshopper must have thought he was hiding...
BOL
This little orb spider was waiting for his breakfast
So many colors, so little time!!
Let's explore the Rosy Roses Mama saw on her last visit....
White with pink edges....
....orange and yellow
Pale yellow and pink, with bonus raindrops!
...and to finish up the week, an artsy pink bud with raindrops!
I forgot to ask though, what do you think of my colorful Elton John glasses? I sure do feel like a movie star when I wear them!
Thanks for joining me for a colorful Nature Friday, I hope you all get out and see some color this weekend!!
We will be traveling today and Monday and will catch up with everyone on Tuesday!
Show us your nature! It can be flowers, your current weather, a scene out of your window, or maybe a picture from a vacation, walk or other journey! Any kind of nature picture will do! If you don't see a link below, click HERE to go to our Hoppity Page.
