In September, I noticed the froggies coming back to our backyard. Luckily, Mama and I kept this from Sunny so she didn't see...
Unfortunately, by the end of the month we noticed the frogs had disappeared again!
It was pretty suspicious when we started seeing TWO raccoons(we think they are siblings) around the same time our frog population was decreasing.
Hmmmmm, watch for yourself and let us know what you think Are Rocky and his sister stealing all our froggies??
As always, feel free to visit our YouTube Channel HERE
Don't worry though...
Super Frog promises to protect next years toad and frog population!

Oh yea, I think they had frog legs for dinner. That's a super cool froggie balloon!
ReplyDeleteWe see the washing of the paws and the licking of the lips. I think those evil raccoons are stealing your froggies!
ReplyDeleteLove the video and I love that frog balloon. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to you both and my best to your peeps. ♥
Those raccoons were determined to find those frogs but seemed to come up empty pawed every time. Maybe that big flying frog scared them away!
ReplyDeleteUh-oh...while it's nice that you have wildlife visiting your water feature, we think Rocky should be wearing a full stripped prisoner's outfit. He may have tried to wash the DNA off his paws, but we think he's guilty as sin.
ReplyDeleteYour fur-iends,
Elsa & Wilson 🐾
They sure were diligent searchers. One of them was just licking his chops over and over in anticipation. Maybe those are the kind of frogs that don't taste good.

Frogs are wonderful, but like cats, they are predators to some and prey for others. It's not easy being a frog!
ReplyDeleteI prefer to think they hopped south for the winter
ReplyDeleteChaplin: "Hmm, could be the raccoons, but maybe Dennis's old friend Norwood is involved somehow from beyond the Rainbow Bridge ... ?"
ReplyDeleteYep, it's those racoons. They must be as bad as those evil squirrels. XOX Xena
