This year, we are celebrating November with gratitude. Today we are thankful the pawrents decided to put the tree up early.
"I love the lights, but when are you and Daddy going to decorate it, Mama??"
I think they are waiting until next weekends football games, right Mama??
Until then, we are thankful to have all the pretty lights twinkling when we are relaxing on the couch!
Patience Sunny, patience. It's not even December yet!

ReplyDeleteNearly.... nearly! Hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx
we wait till next week too... but then... say a prayer rudolf and the snow freaks hehe
ReplyDeleteWe are not ready for Christmas yet, it won't be until after Thanksgiving. Mom doesn't like it up early and this year she isn't very excited about Christmas because she is still so sad. Glad you guys are happy with your tree.
ReplyDeleteI have the lights and the tiny tree on the kitchen table, been there for 3 days, its only 17 inches tall but I just don't want to do it... I like having the tree out for a while with just the lights. yours looks very festive behind you
ReplyDeleteOMDS Niece Sunny today we are going to Hobby Lobby today to buy some red (surprise) and silver balls to hang on our Forest Pansy Red Bud. It has landscape shining on it this year which will make the tree sparkle. WE won't put them on til after T-giving. However, there are a few days this week with temps in the 70's we might string lights on Ruby our Camellia...you know make hay while the sun is shining.
ReplyDeleteHugs your AC
PS I meant to say I love the glow of your tree
ReplyDeleteOurs will go up after Thanksgiving. Can't wait to see what the cats will do with the tree. Yours is most beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches to you both and my very best to your wonderful peeps. ♥
You two are so cute, especially Sunny in her Niner's gear. We have a tree up too, but not all of our decorations yet.
ReplyDeleteYou and the tree are pretty
ReplyDeleteWhen we went back to standard time, mom put the trees and lights up to make the shorter evening more cheerful! The lights are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteThe lights are pretty but the tree is always more special when it is fully decorated. Our Mom did some of the outside lights this weekend, but she has to wait for the big kids to come over to bring the tree up from the basement and set it up for here. Then she can do the decorating

Hooray for your tree being up, that's exciting sweeties!
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "If you need any help decorating the tree or whatever, feel free to give us a call!"
ReplyDeleteChaplin: "We would be happy to assist!"
Lulu: "Absolutely do NOT call the cats to help you with a Christmas tree."
A tree makes a house feel like a home.
