Welcome to Nature Friday, where we get to meet new friends and share a picture or two of what nature looks like around Blogville. Does anyone else get confused about this week of the year. I mean, Daddy stays home for a day, goes to work for a day, then stays home for two days....it's CRAZY! Anyway, for the first Nature Friday of 2026, we put together a few of our favorite nature pictures and videos of the year.
As you might expect, one of Mama's favorite nature moments was being able to listen the ocean back in January 2025
Spring 2025 brought pretty pink hyacinths to our backyard.
Summer 2025 was our favorite season:
It brought mountain views....
and pretty butterflies!
The Autumn leaves were beautiful this year....
...and we couldn't end our 2025 Nature Favorites without the relaxing sound of the Sasebo Garden waterfall!

Poor Dad must have been thoroughly confused this week too.

you could come live with us, everything is the same, 24/7 365 days of the year. You might not be happy with that, we sure are not. Butt, we would love you. Bob loves the Atlantic sound and I love the Gulf sound and we love both for sure. you captured both perfectly.
ReplyDeleteOrmond Beach at 5 am, May and October is where we were for years, twice a year, 3 days in the same room, same motel. windows open to hear the surf, out on the beach at 5 am, with chairs and coffee and the Sound of The Atlantic. we miss it
