Today, on BWW, we are going to take a look at one of my greatest enemies, THE CROW! This is one of the only birdies Mama allows me to chase. Unfortunately, they are pretty smart and fly back as soon as I go inside. Here is a look at these big pesky birdies acting like they own the birdy circus grounds:

Watch out crows, I have horns and I'm not afraid to use them!!!

ReplyDeleteBOL... you tell 'em, Sunny! Over here it is the Magpies that are the menace. They look all very fine in their tuxedo feathers, but the are pure gangsters! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
They are big birds that do whatever they please. Go for it, Sunny!
ReplyDeletecrows are like people... and they know all tricks...
ReplyDeleteWe saw your photo and thought you had decided to support our ever losing Vikings football team, LOL! Crows are very stubborn and greedy.
ReplyDeleteWe had crows and a few Ravens in our oak tree a few days ago, I am doing a post about them. Viking girl, you can handle a crow for sure..
ReplyDeleteWe have crows here too and boy can they be noisy! You go get them, Sunny.
ReplyDeleteNiece Sunny Aunty C 100000% agrees with you about Crows. I have heard they are intelligent but I only see them as a trouble. Several years ago there was a stench coming from around the bird bath. When I looked around, I saw what appeared to be some part of a dead critter in the water. Then all of a sudden a crow landed on the bird bath dropped something in it and flew away. It was a bone. I concluded they were washing their 'road kill' in my bird bath then returning for it. Just so rude and crude and icky. I had to turn the bird bath upside down for several weeks to keep them away. I haven't had that problem any more.
ReplyDeleteSincerely my Crow so I have your back virtually dear Sunny
Hugs AC
Java Bean: "Ayyyy, we have got SO MANY of those crows around here! I run out into the backyard and yell at them while they're hanging out in the trees around the yard and do you know what they do?"
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "Ignore you?"
Java Bean: "Sí, they ignore me! Unacceptable!"
Oh dear Sunny...I think Mr. Crow dared you to try and catch him! Be careful. They are wiley clever birds with a long memory.
ReplyDeleteSunny ~ you are a fierce but cute protector from crows ~ hugs, ^_^
ReplyDeleteCrows are very aggressive birds. Very smart too. I love your backyard and enjoy seeing your birds. I know you protect your peeps very well.

ReplyDeleteYou look scare with that helmet! Why crows? I love crows so much, they are so intellient and fascinate me to no end! I would love them to visit my garden. In this harsh world, I find comfort in them and my cats of course! :-D
ReplyDeleteCorvids are such fascinating birds, the crows and ravens are wicked smart, any smarter, and they’d take over the world. It’s no surprise they can take over a back yard with a free buffet.
ReplyDeleteHey Sunny, did you ever see that Stephen King movie, "The Birds"? Me neither, but I heard it was about killer crows. Be careful! XOXOX Your friend, Chia
