Vampire Puppy/Kitty Club Friday!!!

It's that time of year again.....

Time for Vampire Puppy/Kitty Club Friday!!!

This year Mama is going to highlight puppies that are doing something to help other puppies either here in bloggieland, or in their own neighborhoods.

Mama is going to save $10 a week from her "mad money" and will be donating it to help these puppies/kitties too. You do not have to be a VPKC member to be featured, but if you do want to be a member feel free to take the button on the sidebar any puppy, kitty, mouse, frog (just beware of my frog addicted friends) and join!

So on to this week's featured Vampire Puppy!!

You may know this little French Bulldog as a cute little guest devil during last years VPKC season.

Brutus has also flattened himself and is traveling worldwide to help promote

We are so proud to have Brutus as one of our friends!!

Flat Brutus arrived here in Texas while we were taking our bloggie break unfortunately he arrived when Mama was studying for her final...so most of his time was spent doing this....

Mama is going to make it up to him by taking him out tomorrow when the sun comes out and showing him some of Austin...we will make sure and show you the pictures on Saturday...Mama even says he may have to see how he looks in Texas Longhorn burnt orange!

This week Mama will be donating her $10 to FBRN in Brutus's name.

Thursday is for Friends!!

We are so thankful for all our furiends that we have in Doggy and Kitty Blogland!!

We were so sorry to hear about the passing of Miss Molly and just know that she is running free and happy. We can't imagine how much her Mama and Pop are missing her. We just know she will be missed so very much!!

On a happier note, as some may know from Jazzi, Mama and Jazzi's Mama got a chance to meet face to face while we were on vacation!!

 They had a very fun lunch at this place....

and Jazzi's sister that lives in Texas was nice enough to take a picture with Mama's camera too!!

Mama is the one with one eye...don't worry, Bilbo made her get here hair cut and it isn't in her eyes anymore.

While we were on vacation we also got our prize from Corgi Country. If you haven't read this wonderful book visit the store at Corgi Country and get a copy, it is a very special a story!

Wordless Wednesday - Officially a Pack

We're Baaaaaaccccckkkkkkk!!

We're Back, we're back!! We sure did miss efurrybody! We are all WEEEELLLLLLL rested and Mama is done with her Algebra (she even got a B!!). She has a couple of more weeks and then she starts English and History. She knows all about English cause she speaks it all the time...and she's been alive like furEVER so History should be no problem!! I am sure she won't need as much time and will have more time for the important things like OUR BLOGGIE and OUR FRIENDS!!

So here is what we did on our summer vacation!

We played a bunch....

I rested lots and lots...and lots and lots

Jacob rested lots and lots...and lots more.

We watched movies (this is my new favorite movie Bolt!).

Bilbo?? Well Bilbo was busy snoopervising Mama and Daddy.

Except , of course, when Mama and Daddy abandoned us at camp while they went to W-I-S-C-O-N-S-I-N which is like a million miles away....

...and then, as usual, Mama and Daddy just HAD to go to that Lost Wages place......

Then they FINALLY came home...and we started getting REALLY bored...

Realllllly, realllly bored....finally we talked to Bilbo and asked him to PLEEEEAAAAASSSSE make Mama help us with our bloggie again so we could visit all our friends.

Here is Bilbo telling Mama that she needs to get her patootie in gear. 

Sasha is back and he wants to make sure that he gets to visit her!!!

We hope efurrybody had a great Summer!!!

Summer Vacation

We are going to take some time to relax and unplug (maybe semi unplug). Mama says we is going to pop every now and then to check on efurrybody PLUS she is going to do a bloggie "revamp" when she is on break from school.

We will be back in September with Vampire Puppy (and Kitty) Friday!!

Happy Flower Friday

Just a quick Flower Friday before I head over to Luna's for the big Slumber Pawty tonight!

Anyway...here are some pretty flowers that Mama took pictures of this week!!

Pretty Red Bugle like flower.....

This is a humongous Aloe plant in our neighborhood!

Mama really loves these...does any puppy or puppy/kitty Mama know what they are???

They grow kinda bushy.

Mama planted a couple of new flower pots with 

"Sunpatiens" they are impatiens that can thrive in the Texas summer sun.

They are pretty and.....

they are very photogenic colorful!!

Bet we see lots of pictures of these for the rest of the summer!!

With summer here...and Mama stuck in that four letter math class (ok...maybe 7 letters, it's the nickname that has four letters) we are going to be pretty busy for the next few weeks but are going to try reallly hard to get Mama to keep us up to date with what is going on with everybody and get at least couple of posts up a week!!
