Travel Tuesday - Snow!
A couple of weeks ago, I was pupnapped...
Again!
Little was I to know, this pupnapping
would be much more rewarding!
We went up hill for about 87 miles(or maybe 10)
and found.....
SNOW!!!
It seems the pawrents thought I might like the chance to take a little hike in some deep snow. There hasn't been any measurable snow at our house this Winter, but, only an hour away, in the Sandia Mountains(the ones we can see from our house) there is a bunch of snow!!
As we drove up to the tippity top of the mountain the snow kept getting deeper and deeper!
We saw snowmen....
...and beautiful views as we got closer to the top.
When we got as close as we could to the top...
The snow is deeper than deep!!!
They have lots of wildlife in the area
...and just look at the view!!!
That is all of Albuquerque and its suburbs down there!!

Thankful for Snow!
This week I am thankful for SNOW...or maybe I should say snowy adventures! Mama and Daddy took me on a wonderful adventure to the snowy Sandia Mountain crest a couple of weeks ago for an afternoon of frosty fun!

She Wore a Raspberry Beret
Today I am wearing a very special Raspberry Beret....
It was gifted to my Angel sister Dory by her Best Guy Angel Bailey and was one of her favorite hats
It is a family heirloom that I am proud to wear....
But Mama, don't even try to put any of Angel Dory's dresses on me...ok???

A Tingley Nature Friday
Happy Nature Friday!!!
I decided to take advantage of the nice weather we had last weekend and talked Mama and Daddy into a hike near the Rio Grande River in Tingley Beach Park!
Although the park runs along the Rio Grand River, there is so much more to see!
We started our hike on a nice paved path. I kept my eyes peeled for bunnies, they sure are sneaky and must have been hiding!
I did see a couple of geese though...but I kept my distance.
After awhile, we left the paved path, and hiked through a grove of Cottonwood trees in search of the Rio Grande River.
Look Mama, I'm queen of the forest!
What a fun afternoon,
I had almost forgotten how much I enjoyed a good adventure!
