So I was doing my regular duties yesterday. You all know, keeping the backyard free from pesky squirrels, taking naps, and Mommy comes home and gives me dinner right away. Nummy, after I ate (girl's gotta eat) I saw Mommy getting the big plastic box down. This sometimes means something good is going to happen. THEN Mommy said the magic words...some of you know them. I don't know about you but the words BYE BYE make me soooooo very happy!
This is my BYE BYE happy dance!Then Mommy took like furever to put all my stuff and her stuff in the car..
This is me being PAYtient...Come ON Mommy!!So we get in the magic BYE BYE machine..
Me in the BYE BYE machine. Mommy buckled me up for safety and makes sure we have water and bowls for thirsty puppies.Then magically we appear at...THE LAKE Wahoo!!!!

That is WATER. I do not do water. Mommy says Daddy will come out to see me later and calls me a '"chicken puppy". I igmore her.Then I hear some puppy...
Who could it be??RAVEN!!! Raven is a friend that I have grown up with. I have known her since I was itty bitty
Look Bell, her butt is flying too and she is all growed up!!Raven has good smiley faces too!

I wish I was a big dog sometimes. Then maybe I wouldn't be fraid of the waterI kept Raven's Mommy company

Raven and I could play together at the lake if the tall guy would bring me! You do not need to be afraid of the water - your mom will jump in and save you if she needs to!

You're not a chicken dog - you're just a girl who likes to keep her coiffure in place. Water ruins one's 'do. (I'm a big dog, and I'm still not so keen on the water thing.... It all gets back to my hair - I don't like being a wet flat-head!)
