Let the Blossoming Begin!

Aaaaah March, the days are getting longer, the sun is out a little bit more and Nature Fridays are filled with blossoms and flowers!!! That's right, Mama's favorite activity so far this March(besides sneezing) is taking pictures of all the blossoms she's been finding!!

 From the interesting plain blossoms...

To the colorful, "in your face" blossoms!

These are some of my favorites...

They are our very own Rhody blossoms! For some reason this Rhody bush likes to blossom 2 or 3 times a year! But it's not just local blossoms Mama has been taking pictures of, she found some really pretty blossoms in  gardens next to our State Capitol Building in Sacramento too!

First she founds these white beauties....

They were lined up along the whole street!
Nature can be sooooo pretty, even along a city street!!

But out of all the blooms, I liked the ones below the most!!

There is something about a blooming pink magnolia tree that lets us know Spring has finally arrived!!!

All the soft pink petals opening at once..

...they look especially colorful against the gray sky!

Even close up they look soft and beautiful!!

Thank you for joining us for a blossoming Nature Friday! Make sure and join Sunny next Friday for a look at some of the flowers blooming here in California!!

Show us your nature! It can be flowers, your current weather, a scene out of your window, or maybe a picture from a vacation, walk or other journey! Any kind of nature picture will do! If you don't see a link below, click HERE  to go to our Hoppity Page.
