Me in the Boo-Bonnets last month
OK...so I told Mama now that school is out for awhile she best get on the ball and update everyfurries on how we are doin'!
Of course she says okey dokey (like what choice did she have!!), but since it's Friday we have to tell the furries about our sister who is staying with us until she gets her furr-ever home.
Poppy the 5 pound Chi-Pom mixer upper
This is Miss Poppy, the Princess in Training.
Don't forget Poppy, squirrels are BAD!!!
Of course I have taken it upon myself to train her so she will be the best Princess ever when she finds her new humans.
Little Bitty Poppy Puppy
Miss Poppy is the first temporary sister we are fostering for Austin Animal Services. She was found with a boo boo on her leg and needed an O-P-E-R-A-T-I-O-N. Since she was an itty bitty puppy (only 3 pounds) they needed to wait until she got a little bigger before fixing her up.
Bigger Poppy (5lbs) after her leggie is fixed.
Check out the cool scar! Her tattoo is on her tummy!
Sooooo that is where we came in! We took care of her for 10 days until she was ready to be fixed up and then last Friday Mama took her in and POOF, she came home with this cool scar AND Tattoo on Sunday!!
Do NOT bitey face me Poppy....that is NOT proper Princess etiquette!
We could never tell that she had a boo-boo cause she has LOTS of puppergy and she can be heard for miles away when she gives us her "I want" bark!
Next Wednesday we take her back for her check up and when the doctor says she is all better ADA will have her available for adoption. Mama will let everybody know when she will be available on Petfinder!
Sleepy-Heads
As for us, we are all doing fantabulous! Mama has kept us busy babysitting lots of foster brothers and sisters while she was in school. Jakey and I are still BFF's (well, unless he goes after my bone!).
Mama couldn't believe it when she saw Bilbo snuggling between me and Jakey!
Even Bilbo has been snuggling with all of us!
We will be making our way through Blogville in the next few days and are hoping that everyfurry is happy and healthy!!
