Flower Friday at The Marsh

Happy, Happy Flower Friday!!! I don't know about you but this week just flew on by for us!


This week I thought we would visit one of my favorite walkie places, 
Arcata Marsh!!



Seeing all the pretty flowers this time of year, always gives me a smiley!



Even on during the Gray May Days the Marsh is beautimous!!



There are fields of wild California Poppies...



...and tons of wildflowers!!



Mama always has to stop and take her Artsy Fartsy pictures...



We see lots of itty bitty wildflowers



We also see big wildflowers!!



So many flowers...so little time!!





Come on Mama, let's move it...we've got to get in lots more steps!!!
We hope you all find time to smell the flowers this weekend!!

    What pretty flowers... and those white ones with spots and da purply pink ones are foxgloves. Momma doesn't know all the California wildflowers but recognizes those two!

    What a gorgeous place for a walk. We especially love the itty bitty sweet peas.
    But the best thing about wetlands is that one often get the chance to squelch around in lovely swampy goop…

    I love buttercups. They are so pretty. I do wonder though: do they taste of butter??

    They were all lovely Dory, especially the sweet peas, lupines and foxgloves. Those are some of our favorite flowers.

    We just LOVE all of you beautiful flowers and of course ... you know... poppies are one of our most FAVORITE!! We are showing some kind of wild effects on our flowers today! Happy Friday and we are so glad Bilbo enjoyed his birthday week!!

    So many beautiful flowers on your walk! Looks like such a beautiful place. Our flowers are only just starting to come up, but we do have some very pretty tulips.

    Love all your beautiful CA flowers!!! Mom really dropped the ball - we had pictures taken of some of our flowers and then she did not get the post done - we will save them for next week fur sure.
