we were surprised to see that TC caught
Woody the Woodpecker at the hummingbird feeder.
We have seen him
there before, but usually only during the early Spring.
Although sometimes he accidentally breaks the feeder,
we still like when he/she stops by for a visit!

ReplyDeleteOMBs I see Woody's tongue slurping he is a sugar junky for sure. He is beak is the perfect fit too.
Every so often we had a new variety of bird at our HB feeder. I call it a Chicka-hummer...never gets a drop but he is determined

That woodpecker sure has a sweet tooth. We've never seen one at any of our hummer feeders.
