Things have been pretty topsy turvy here for the past week or so because we gots new cabinets in the kitchen!!
We had plumbers and cabinet guys in and out!
I was there to snoopervise of course!
How does the plumbing look, Dory??
Don't worry Mama, we have everything under control!
Finally today it was all done, and things can get back to normal!!
Time to play now Mama, right?!?!
you are artists... bravo!!! and I wish such a project would happen in our house too... can I hire you if we plan the next thing?
ReplyDeleteSomeday we hope to be able to finish remodeling our kitchen...we did a few things a couple of years ago...but it is such a large room that flooring and counters would cost a fortune! So....it's a wait and see thing. Yours, on the other hand, looks FABULOUS! Just love it!! And we are thinking you will be really happy that your house can now be put back together!

ReplyDeleteGhostwriter would love to do a complete remodel of the kitchen. As it is now, the last remodel was about 10-15 years ago. They still have the old original beat-up counter tops because she and Dad could never agree on one they liked!

We had all that disruption in our kitchen area a couple of years ago and it was no fun. Lightning, Ciara, and Phantom had to spend lots of time at the kennel - that was not fun at all. But in the end it all looks so nice, just as yours does.

At least you could hide out on the big bed. We usually get BANNED completely--even put in the kennels sometimes when strange things are going on in our house!
