Not so Wordless Wednesday

We got an early Christmas present!!!!

Went to the GROOMER!!!!
We went to the GROOMER!!!!!!

Good News???
and just WHY is that GOOD NEWS Dory??? That grooming place is SCARY!!!

We look GOOD!!!
...cause I look MAAAAHHHHHHVELOUS!!!!! Everything is even, and
NO OUCHIES like when Mama did it!!

Note from Mama:  I hope Dory doesn't get used to this....I'll be taking them twice a year to get groomed in December and June...There are some areas that I just don't want to be the "bad guy" and do...one is their ears (their hair needs to be pulled out....), the other is at ummm the other end and I can't be that rude to my babies...;-).

    You definitely look fab... both of you! Kudos to your groomer. I hate it when they don't get it even (well, actually, I don't care but the OG hates it.)

    Before we moved, the VET & groomer that I went to were big on plucking the ear hair, but the VET I go to now says that it's totally not necessary... I must say that I don't miss it one bit!

    I groom Rugby myself but I think I did such a wretched job last time I should take him in so he can look good for the holidays.

    I just needs my feet trimmed up and then I will be fine. Mom does it because I bite the groomer just a little and I am not so welcome back there.

    Hi Dory & Bilbo. I agree that you do look mahvalous Darlings.
    I don't have to go to that groomer thingy. I am sure glad. Mom sometimes gives me a few little snips that she says is a sanitary clip. Don't know about that, "BUTT"... hehehe
    I had mom get the table out today and put all of Bilbo's pressies out so that I can start wrapping them.
    She got a bunch of little boxes out.. NOT NOT no way. They just get in the way and slow down the getting down to it.
    Don't worry Bilbo, I'll wrap them MY way. OK???
    I got your card ready too. I am a pretty good typist...but my PAWwriting pretty much sniffs. I did my best though. AND... I hid a little personal Pee-Mail there for JUST YOU. I hope you can find it. hehehe

    Our mummy grooms us but we wouldn't let her touch our nails and earholes. So we still need to go to the groomer's for those jobs.

    We also don't go to the groomers, we got low-maintenance fur. Usually mommy or the V-E-T are the one who do our nails and cleaning.

    Oh, Dory, You both look TOTALLY GREAT! Mom appreciates your groomer's work as she used to be apprenticed to a groomer for a while and worked with the top one in town for a year or so until all the little itchy hair bits drove her NUTS, she says, (Not to mention that stinky stuff from the other end!)

    I'd almost want to go to a groomer if I thought that they could to something about my poor ears, but short of plastic surgery, Mom says she doesn't think anything can be done. Dott
