On Saturday morning Mama got up early, Daddy was teaching scuber diving at the lake and she said we could have special Mama/Dory time!! Then said my two most favorite words...
BYE BYE!!!!
Mama put on my harness...buckled me up for safety and we were off!
First, for some Go Go Juice for Mama..

We saw this cutey in front of us ordering a nommy drink!!
Mama said it was a bit too early for a frap tho...Mean ole Mama!!
It was a very very VERY hazy day here in Austin and HOT and HUMID too!!
This is where we went!!!
We met lots of new friends...Lots of doggies bring their people to the Farmer's Market!
This is my newest best friend....she runs the Happy Tails Cafe where they make cookies and other nommies!! Mama got a couple of bags of the nommies for ummm...OH...never mind. Mama says I can't tell.
Do any of you visit Farmer's Markets where you live???
We have been to the Farmer's Market a couple of times, but there is a big fountain at the entrance, so I am generally more interested in that than in the organic onions! :)
ReplyDeleteWe have a Farmer's Market here, but we have never seen any dogs there....nor have we actually been there because mama leaves us home in the A/C....we do not deal very well with the heat either. ReplyDeleteGreat pictures too. The haze of Raleigh is very much like Austin. Mom calls it the 5 H's hot, hazy, humid, horrible and horrific. We have a Farmer's Market here but it is too dang hot to go get pictures right now.

Dory - how fun that Momma took you with her to the market! My Momma likes to go to the market and see everything too - but its very small and there is not a whole whole lot of options. Im glad you had a good day meeting other puppies and their people!

Bilbo buddy, my mom was finally about to find a can of pumpkin at the store today and she opened it and put it on my foodables and said:"This is Bilbo's Pumpkin Crunch Recipe" Bilbo just loves, blah blah Bilbo blah . WELL, let me tell you this I gave it one sniff and said YUCK. Now she is running around behind me with my bowl and yacking stuffs like: "Bilbo wants blah blah blah. You should try this because BILBO blah blah blah. Blah blah blah BILBO blah blah .... " Soooooo will you PLEASE tell her you were just yankin' her walkin' string, and that you NEVER EVER eat pumpkin crunch??? PLEASE
