Welcome to Nature Friday, where we get to meet new friends and share a picture or two of what nature looks like around Blogville.
This week we are celebrating Spring by showing you some magnificent blooms at the ABQ Botanic Garden!

The dragon's garden has some beautiful pinks and greens.

The Botanic Park fountain is looking very colorful this Spring

The purple pansy type flowers with the bright pink stripes poppies really pop don't you think?

...and to make thinks just a little prettier, they added these light purple poppies!

Unlike ours , the crab apple trees at the Botanic Gardens are blooming out of control.

They were even blooming in big bunches at the tops of the trees!
Mama....please make it so ours blooms like that next Spring, ok??

The cherry blossoms were blooming everywhere too. Just look at these little bunches of blooms growing out of the bark of the tree!

The lilacs smelled heavenly according to Mama!
Mama is pretty sure these are some type of roses....but they have paper thin petals....
...and kind of look like a peony. The Botanic Garden was full of them though!
In fact the garden was SO full of flowers that Mama took 87 million pictures.
Here is a video showing more Spring color:
