Happy and Tasty Tuesday!

Rosy here today to tell you about the PAWESOME adventure I had while I was in Carmel!

After our walk around town, Mama and Daddy took me to a FANCY RESTAURANT!!!

You see, in Carmel, dogs are treated as royalty! We can go into most of the shoppes and we can eat at most of the restaurants!

I was looking at the menu to see what I wanted when Mama reminded me I had already eaten my dinner...but she did say if I was a good girl, Daddy might share a bite of his dinner with me!

Once I heard Daddy was having a steak, you could probably guess I was a VERY good girl!!

Mama always gets stuff I don't like or can't eat...although she did give me a little bite of her cheese!

Daddy held me in his lap for a bit, so I could take part in the dinner conversation. We talked about Declan's pawty and our walk...and how nice it was to be able to hang out at the dinner table, just like at home!

When dinner arrived, I couldn't wait to get my first taste of Filet Mignon....

OMD, it was AMAZEBALLS!!!!

I had Mama make this short video to document this wonderful occasion!

Needless to say, Daddy gave me a few bites...and is now my favorite pawrent

(at least until next time Mama feeds me, anyway)

Awwwwwrty Goes to the Eye Doctor

Yesterday, Mama and I headed out on a big road trip up to Oregon. You see, for the past year or so I have been having eye issues. At first, the Vet thought I had dry eye, or maybe an infection. She gave Mama eye drops and Optimune to take, but it didn't seem to help. Then, Mama noticed my eyes starting to get cloudy. She thought I was awfully young to be getting cataracts, not to mention I don't have any problems seeing(that Mama can see).

My Dogtur thought it would be a good idea if we went to the "Big City" to see an Animal Ophthalmologist. So today, we are up in Medford, Oregon getting things checked out.

I could use a bit of POTP in hopes that nothing is seriously wrong with my peepers and whatever it is easily treatable.

I'll make sure Mama keeps you updated as we learn more.

Nature Friday in Carmel

The weather was so beautiful during our visit to Carmel last weekend. The sun was out, and the temperatures were pawfect(70F) for a nice walk.

"Sniff...Sniff"

Almost right away I sniffed out Arty's ocean and pointed Mama and Daddy in the right direction.

Mama took a picture facing two ends of the same beach. This is the more natural side where you wouldn't think anybody was around....

But, when you look the other way...

It's still pretty with all the water and the fog in the background, but you can see how many other people(and dogs) came out to enjoy the nice day!

After our visit to the ocean, I pointed Mama and Daddy in the right direction to get back into town.

Along the way I found some beautimous flowers!! With all the pretty colors, you would almost think it was Summer.

These heart shaped Calla Lilies highlighted the back of the flower bed!

We even found this beautiful red flower (some kind of geranium perhaps?)

for Aunty C!

I was so happy to see all these pretty colors that I started singing!!

For some reason Mama didn't think this was
"appropriate behavior" and said maybe I should stop.

Mamas can be such fun monsters!!!

I have to say it really was nice getting a little taste of Summer during our Carmel walk.

Thankful for Friends...and Cake!

Today, I wanted to show you how much fun I had at Declan's 11th Birthday Pawty last weekend!

There was cake, and presents and pawty favors!

There was even wine for the pawrents!!

The pawty started off with one of my favorite things....

Puppachino Shots!! A pup can get buzzed from too many

of these, so I paced myself!

There was lots of time to catch up with my friend Koru Bear. We talked about how lucky we were to have such famous and beautiful Angels as sisters. Angel Dory and Angel Sugar pawticipated in a few Blogville Smiley events back in the day!

Then it was time for CAKE!!! Declan's Mama went all out this year and made us all pupcakes!!!

After cake, we all hung out and talked while our pawrents took pictures...Here I am with Quinn, Declan and KB. Declan got a special bandana, and we all got cool Pawty bandanas to bring home!!
