Happy Peeks - Road To Colorado
No road trip around here is complete without some peeks at the roads we traveled. Today, we have some sleepy peeks at some of the pretty scenery Mama saw during our drive up to Pagosa Springs....while we were snuggled into our ArCee beds.
Most of the ride looked like this....
...with some occasional twisty turnies
....and pretty red rocks...
...and grey rocks
All snuggled in and napping
We saw some cool clouds
The roads started getting steeper and we knew....
...we had finally arrived in Colorado!!

Pretty Fall Leaf Monday Aaaws
A couple of weeks ago, we headed up to Pagosa Springs, Colorado for a weekend of soaking up the cooler weather! Mama took 87 million pictures and it looks like the next week or so may be one long Travel Tuesday/Nature Friday mashup!
Today, we have some silent snaps of the Autumn colors making there first appearance!
The leaves sure were starting to put on a show, weren't they?

Nature Friday Short - A Ledge with a View
Lily, the Leaf Bug, here with a sneaky peek of the pretty Colorado scenery Rosy and Sunny saw a couple of weeks ago...
I have to say, it is nice to be a leaf bug, living on a ledge, with such a beautiful view!
Rosy and Sunny will be back all next week with 87 million more views of my beautiful state.

Thankful for Balloon Season
This week, for Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday, Mama and I are thankful that, starting this weekend, the morning skies will be filled with colorful balloons!
For Mama, it means watching the balloon parades while sipping her morning coffee on the back porch.
For Me, Sunny, well, since Rosy would rather stay inside for the parades, I'm thankful I'll be the designated outdoor snuggle puppy!!!

Backyard Wildlife Wednesday - "RIBBIT"
After a Summer with very few froggy sightings, the annoying green hoppy amphibians started making themselves more visible during September. Here is some footage TC captured of our fountain toadies:
Luckily for Mama, I have finally learned me lesson and don't try to eat froggies anymore. Mama seems to think making me wear silly Pumpkin Spice hats is a reward for that behavior.
I think cheese would be a MUCH better reward!!

Happy Travel Peeky Tuesday - Texas Leftovers
Happy Tuesdy!! Although, I thought Mama was talking about some leftover Texas Chicken Fried Steak or Texas Toast, I am still happy to share some leftover peeks from our trip to Texas.....
