Election Announcements

We have received official notification of the rules for the 2014 Blogville Mayoral Election!!

  • Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th the polls will be open from 12am Tuesday Morning until 11:59pm Tuesday Night. This gives efurrybody all over the world a chance to vote
  •  Sorry, no absentee ballots.
  • Sarge will be hosting the polling site. Visit Sarge by clicking his name OR by clicking here, don't worry we will have a link to his page on Election Day!
  • You can vote by leaving a comment on Sarges blog on election day. NO anonymous comments can be left on Sarge's blog, you must have an actual blog to vote. Only one vote per blog family (no matter how many critters).
  • Sarge will have COMMENT MODERATION turned ON so that comments will NOT EVER show up for the Voters to ever see. This will prevent any privacy issues.
  •  Once the voting is closed Sarge will tally the votes and send the results to Mayoress Madi (this could take a few days...especially if there are chads and such :-))
  • Once Sarge has sent the results and a copy of all the comments to Madi (so she can verify the results)he will delete the election post so the votes will remain secret FURREVER
  • Mayoress  Madi will announce the winner on her blog!! Madi and Sarge will be the only two that will see the votes and they have sworn they will NEVER tell anyone!!

  1. OK we would like to know what your position is on pesky tree rats? Should they be allowed to roam willy nilly round Blogville or should they deeded on sight? Have a marvellous Monday.
    Best wishes Molly
