Summer!!!
During summer, especially June and July, we get lots more sun and it stays light outside a whole lot longer and do you know what that means???
After dinner Summer walkies!!!
Daddy, Mama, Rosy, Jakey and I get to hit the trail for nice
evening strolls!
Jakey LOVES when we do things as a pack!

Yes, we are enjoying the longer days of summer too...we get to stay outside and enjoy the air! You live in a beautiful part of the country and we always look forward to seeing your super duper pics of your walks!

summer walks are fabullus, specially in the evening... we have only a short noon patrol now, because of the heat ;O)

ReplyDeleteSummer is our least favorite time of year. Heat and humidity make it no fun, and we've had a ton of rain too. Most seem to enjoy it, but we prefer cold weather around here. Enjoy your walks.

ReplyDeleteSummer's TOO hot. We like spring and summer in this house. In the summer, Momma has to wait until it's nearly dark to walk the pups, because it's too hot for their paws on the sidewalks! Me, I just stay in where it's air conditioned because I'm smart.

I am hoping your evening temps are not like ours, we were at 90 yesterday at 8 pm .. I am huddled in the house in ac until November..
ReplyDeleteDog Dad gets us out more on the cooler nights in the summer. We stop and visit friends in the neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteWe usually walk at night during the summer, but that is because it is too hot during the daytime. And it is STILL pretty hot at night. But we do need those walkies and enjoy them.

We are very happy that today is the first day of Summer. Everyone in the photos looks like they are ready for another great season of long walks. Just have to look out for those squirrels. They can distract you really fast. Thanks for the share. Have a great first day of Summer.

I agree. Summer walkies are the best. We love these light evenings. (And you know what? It's midsummer and here in Aberdeen, at about quarter to eleven in the evening we still have lots of daylight!)
