Happy Nature Friday!!
This week I went on a Mama and Me walkie along Adorni Trail, a waterfront nature trail near our house. It was a beautimous day, and we saw lots and lots of different types of nature!! Feel free to tag along and I'll show you what we saw!
There were berry blossoms..and even the beginning of a little green blackberry!
Mama has a "thing" for old buildings. Here is a very old building we saw along the trail!
It was high tide during our walk so there was lots water to see, along with
some old wooden pilings like this one!
These pretty clover flowers led our way down the trail, aren't they the pawfect shade of pinky purple??
Guess what else we saw along the trail??
BIRDIES!!
There were lots and lots of little birdies singing and flitting all over the trail.
Can you find the little birdy in the picture above??
We also walked by these little daisies where lots of little flutteries were flying around!
Flowers, flutteries AND birdies....a walk doesn't get much better than that, right??
We hope you get to go on your own nature walkie this weekend!
Show
us your nature! It can be flowers, your current weather, a scene out of your window, or maybe a
picture from a vacation, walk or other journey! Any kind of nature picture will do! If you don't see a link below, click HERE to go to our Hoppity Page.
Gail and I always love your nature walkies Rosy, and today's had all we could wish for. And look at that blue sky too!

ReplyDeleteCrikey, I wonder if that building will be there next time you walk Adorni?! What a breath of fresh air it was to go with you today, Rosy. Ta. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
What a beautiful walk you had, Rosy, with so many beauties to see! We think clover is so pretty.
ReplyDeletePretty area you went to on a beautiful day. None of us care much about birds, we are more interested in finding squirrels and rabbits.
ReplyDeleteRosy plus flowers and more, nothing could be sweeter or prettier! But, oh my goodness, we do love, love that old house!
ReplyDeleteNiece Rosy what a gorgeous day for a girls only walkie and OMDs you were dressed for the occasion too. I love the Rosy signature bow and scarf.

Looks like a very good walk, Rosie. Our Mom spotted the birdie first, but only because we didn't have our nose and ears to help us! Have a good weekend! XOX Xena and Lucy
