As you might be able to tell, I am not happy about having to post about the Quails that have been visiting our fountain. Believe it or not, I am usually a friend to most of our backyard animals but Quails just annoy me. In fact, they are the only bird I actually will chase away. That little top feather of theirs makes me crazy!
Anyways, lately these crazy Quail have been exploring the fountain, something they hardly ever do. Mama says it may be because it hasn't rained in like forever. I sure hope it rains soon so they stop stealing our water!

We probably won't see them at the fountain again...because I'll be watching for them from now on!!!
