Guess who is back at the fountain?? If you guessed Rocky Raccoon, you would be right! Unfortunately, all his his digging for froggies caused a bit of trouble with the fountain. Luckily, after moving a few rocks around, the pawrents figured out a way to keep him from getting his paws where they didn't belong.
