Shark Week Through the Years

This time of year, Mama likes to go through her underwater pictures and go back through the years to reminisce about Shark Weeks past....

Angels Dory and Bilbo were lucky enough  didn't get the chance to participate in any Shark Weeks, but their Mini Me's did get to go on an underwater adventure to find Mama and Daddy.
(read about their fun adventure HERE)

Angel Arty LOVED dressing up for Shark Week, which made him Mama's favorite Shark. He was always thrilled to dive under the sea.  Click HERE or one of his shark week ocean adventures.

Angel Jakey was so very tolerant of Mama's Shark Week mischief and, as long as he was paid well, he went along with anything she wanted to do(even getting harassed by Baby Shark, Sunny).

Sunny and I are resigned proud to continue our family Shark Week tradition and we are so thankful for all the Sharks that came before us.....

Crabbies and Otters on Nature Friday

Rosy here today with my Shark friends Arty and Sammy for a water-y Nature Friday!! This week, I thought I would show you some of our friends that live in the local waters close to our house!

Arty, you and Sammy should go inside now...I wouldn't want you eating any of my new friends!

Now...let's see if we can find Ollie....
Oh, here he comes!!

Everyone, this is Ollie the Otter, he lives near our house in a pond at Hookton Slough where we walk sometimes.

He is pretty camera shy but, if you look closely to the left of the picture, he is munching on some greens along the pond!

Mama, show everybuddy the sunny day pictures!!!

Here is a better picture of Ollie, he sure is a good swimmer!

Oh, he's an expert diver too.
See ya later Ollie!

Sssshhhh, don't tell Crabby over there, but I would love to get a taste of our next guest!

Here we have Carl the Shore crabby!!
Can we get a bit closer, Mama??

Carl is pretty colorful to look at, and I bet he would taste delicious! I know Mama loves to eat Crabbies for dinner sometimes.

Guess who else likes to eat Crabbies??

CARL!!!

That's right, Mama caught Carl munching another crabby!
EEEwwwwwww!!!!

Oh well, such is the crabby life I suppose!

I'm so glad you joined us for a little look at the Crabbies and Otters today. Make sure you join us next week for a very special week celebrating ME!!! That's right, my fourth birthday is this weekend and we are celebrating all next week!!!

We hope you all have a wonderful and non-crabby weekend!!

Show us your nature! It can be flowers, your current weather, a scene out of your window, or maybe a picture from a vacation, walk or other journey! Any kind of nature picture will do! If you don't see a link below, click HERE  to go to our Hoppity Page.

Throwback Thankful Thursday

Today I thought it would be nice to take a moment to be thankful for my many years of Shark Week adventures! Since I am the main TV snuggle buddy, and owner of my very own ocean, I am usually the host of the LLB Shark Week fun.

We have to say that lately we have become bigger fans of SharkFest on National Geographic. They have more nitty gritty shark information and less shark commercialism.

But anyways....

I have been a big Shark Week fan for many years. Here I am playing with my shark toy by my ocean before during the days my beard was a bit darker!

Of course I also have spent sometime under the sea too. Here I am starring in a vintage episode of Shark Week with my buddies Nursey and Pinky!

Thanks to all of you for joining me every year and indulging Mama and I and our love for everything ocean!

I can't wait to see what we'll do next year!!!

Trawpical Shark Tongue Out Tuesday

Just a trawpical shark, daydreaming about swimming around a desert island with no sisters or brother. He sees Mama shark waving something around and swims toward her...he smells something delicious....

All of a sudden he is jerked back into reality!

BARK,BARK, BARK!!!!
SUNNY!!!
Phhhwaaaack!
Mama shark was just about to give me a shark greenie!

Life sure was easier as an only shark!

We are joining Sandee at  Comedy Plus for the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop this week!
