This months story is based (loosely) on a true story!
It all started EARLY in the morning when Mama woke me up for a photo shoot and walk at the Arcata Marsh. I was realllllly tired and really didn't want to go, but Mama insisted.
Come on Mama, let's go!!! |
We decided to walk along the lake because it was such a pretty day!
There are lots of beautiful flowers at the Marsh. These white lacey ones,
Purple clover ones.....
Hey Mama...did you hear that???
It came from out there somewhere!!!
OMD...Can I Mama???
Mama said I could go as long as I was careful!! Did you know you can see lots of pretty flowers from an Otter's back??
Little pink flowers....
and wild berry blossoms
not to mention lots of wild flowers!!!
These pretty pink sweet peas are everywhere!
Just look at all lovely marsh flowers!!
WOW...that was the first time I ever rode on the back of an Otter...he was such a nice guy and made sure I didn't get wet or splashed at all!!
Bye Bye Mr. Otter, thanks again!!!

Wow Mama, that was loads of fun!!!
The morale of this story is although you might be tired, going for walkies is ALWAYS fun!!!
