Happy October!!!
October for us means:
The Balloon Fiesta - Mama and Daddy are taking CeCe to see the big balloons. We are staying home with Nanny B because we get a little scared "barky" when we see big balloons.
Our First Solar Eclipse- We are heading out for our final CeCe trip of the year to see our first solar eclipse!
What does October mean for you??
Happy October. I'm looking forward to jumping on and rustling around in lots of colourful crunchy fallen leaves!

ReplyDeleteMy head's still in September - it's all too fast for me!!! Those two events sound lots of fun... hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Those sound like very fun events! October means beautiful leaves and crisp temps to us but this week is too warm for October. Hopefully next week the temps dip again.
ReplyDeleteHope your parents have a fun time with the balloons. We love seeing what decorations are put up for Halloween as we take our daily walks. Have fun with your nanny.
ReplyDeleteOctober means Bob, my DIL Michele, my SIL Janice all have birthdays in the 1st 3 days of the month. Daddy's birthday was also in Oct.. the best thing it means is only another month of hurricane season and cooler air will be on the way in nove
ReplyDeleteOctober for us, means ~ BOOLATRY! And we hope: autumn leaves, cool weather, pumpkins and
ReplyDeleteharvest decorations everywhere ... spooky-spectacular fun with blogging furriends ... like you!
Aunty C sends Mama and Daddy her heartiest greetings to be sure to enjoy the Balloons for us.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Nanny B will come with extra snacks
Hugs Aunty C
I would love to see those balloons in person, but I get why you don't care for them. You're so cute.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches all around and my best to your peeps. ♥
Lulu: "According to our Dada, October is all about Halloween! Yet he doesn't put on a costume, he doesn't decorate the house except for putting a foam pumpkin out front, and he doesn't go to any parties."
ReplyDeleteJava Bean: "I think he is more into Halloween as a concept than as an actual activity ..."
Lulu: "He does give out candy though! He puts it in a box on the front porch so that the kids don't have to ring the bells and bother us dogs."
Java Bean: "I approve of that!"
October usually means cooler temperatures, but we are having summer weather (in the 80's) this week. How cool that your parents are going to see the balloons and eclipse. Our mom says we will be in the path of the total eclipse that's coming in April 2024 so maybe you can take CeCe here to see it too!
ReplyDeleteOMD, what a cute photo!! :).
ReplyDeleteYou two are just awesome ~ sweet October photo ~ Xo

It will be fun to see the eclipse! I can understand why you bark at the balloons, she sure his loudly.
ReplyDeleteYou have a rich and fun month planned - enjoy
ReplyDeleteThose sound like fun things. For us, October is Mom an Dad's wedding anniversary. It's Rocktober fest all month long, up on Rock City!! We're each hoping that "I'm the one" who gets to go. It's almost always Xena cause she's of German descent, and Dad uses her as a prop.
ReplyDeleteIt's also City Octoberfest, and Dad and the Wurstbrauts playing fun German music all over and out of town, including at the City Octoberfest and Rock City! It's the month we get to bark at kids coming to the door to eat chocolate treats we're not allowed to have, and that we sometimes have to get get our pictures taken while dressed up in ridiculous costumes. It's a super busy month for us all!
