Nature Friday - Under the Sea

What fun it would be
to live under the sea,
With Nemo, Crush and the Mermaid FiFi.
We'd swim around with the turtles
Be friends with the sharks
We'd see the squid, Squirtle
and stay up after dark.
I'm not sure about dinner tho, what would it be?
No fishies, or crabbies or lobster I eat.
Where are the cookies, the jerky and crunchies?
Looks like I'll have to go home when I get the munchies!

Thankful Thursday - Sharky Style
Today, Sunny wanted us to tell you how thankful for all the POTP everyone sent her way. She is powering through her recovery so far, and we know part of that is because of the power of prayer and pawsitivity!
Now it's up to Mama and Daddy to slow Sunny down so she doesn't over do it!

Shark Week Outtake
Believe it or not, not all of us have learned to behave while we are doing photo shoots.
Take, for instance, a photo shoot a certain sister and I were doing last week for shark week. Everything was going to well until...
OMD SUNNY...We do NOT eat buggies during a photo shoot!!!!
She didn't like me correcting her...but even Jakey knows you wait until AFTER the photo shoot before taking part in the buggy buffet!

Shark Week Nature Friday
To wrap up Shark Week 2020, we thought it would be nice to take you on a little walk/swim through a Coral Reef. Mama and Daddy say being under the ocean can be sooooo relaxing, we thought we should give it a try!
SUNNY! Stop playing zoomies with the Porcupine Fish!!!
OK, so MOST of us thought it would be relaxing....
Looks like Jacob is hanging out with a Trumpet Fish. Did you now they like to hang upside down to blend in with the soft corals..Cool huh?
Arty's mustbe looking for the shark he was talking to the other day. Looks like the White Spotted Filefish may know where she is!
Oops! I'm so sorry Miss Queen Angel, I didn't know you lived here.
Oh look, Arty found his shark friend. It doesn't look like she's too interested in being set up though, does she!
SUNNY!!!!! Oh well, shark pups will be shark pups!

Baby Shark
For some reason Rosy, Jakey and
Arty think I am a Baby Shark! Even Mama says she bets my
cute little puppy toofer nibbles are more dangerous than a shark bite! I mean, come on, they are just blood drawing needle death grips cute little puppy nibbles after all.
Don't worry Sunny, I am very thankful to have a shark for a sister! This way you can protect me from all the other sharks. Especially those crazy Brother Sharks we have roaming the house!
In that case Rosy I am VERY thankful for my shark teeth!
Now...show me those Brother Sharks?!

Sharky Moods
Mama says most days I am a happy little shark, but even I have to admit, my mood can change in seconds!
I can go from bratty shark
then to cool dude shark....
and even a Silly Shark!
Chances are though, if I can feel the sand in my paws, hear the crashing of the waves and smell the salt air, I am a very happy shark!!

Why Jakey??
Why you gots a shark on your head Jakey???
Well Sunny, this time every year there is this silly Mama tradition. A TV channel has a #SHARKWEEK and play shark shows on TV for a whole week!! For some reason, Mama feels like she needs to celebrate all these sharks by dressing us up in silly shark clothes, hats and bandanas.
There are a couple of perks though. First, there is always lots of snuggling in front of the TV at night while Mama and Daddy watch the sharks, AND there are LOTS of treats involved for posing too!!
