We have 2 new doggies that are visiting the neighbor doggie behind us. They are beagle doggies.
If you are a beagle doggie or know a beagle doggie, you probably know they like to talk.
If you are a beagle doggie or know a beagle doggie, you probably know they like to talk.
Whenever these beagle doggies talk, Mama wants to know what they are saying. I told her I would try and translate.
Ok...ah ha...I see....I'll ask
Mama, they are asking nicely if maybe they could have a steak from our grill???
Beagles are most chatty little creatures. I think sharing your steak would be a nice way to make friends.
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,
Mango
Dory, you are smart, you understand the Beagle Language. Can we come over for a steak too?
ReplyDeleteHey share those steaks with all of us. We are all envious of your green grass, we are snowed in!
ReplyDeleteYou poodle pack pals...ted, seamus, and paddie
Well, we hope she said yes! After all, you want to be good neighbors right?
ReplyDeleteLove,
Riley and Star.
We have neighbor dogs like that too Dory..always wanting our food. Sometimes when I translate..oh boy, I can't tell Mommy..they have potty mouths!!
ReplyDeleteHave a super weekend!!
Licks from me!
Olive
Excellent translation, Dory! I'm glad you're there to help your mom!
ReplyDeleteBunny
Steak? From your grill? Mmmmmmmm....
ReplyDeleteIn any language, that sounds GOOD!
Ha!!! Dory I bet your Dad and Bilbo will have a little bit to say about the 'visitors' wanting to eat your steak. Very funny you are too cute,
ReplyDeleteMadi and Mom
Where did you learn your translating skills? What other things are they gossiping about?
ReplyDeleteExcellent Barklation!! Did you share??? Those beagles sometimes tell the most HOWLING grreat CAT JOKES. Ask them if THEY know any.
ReplyDeleteIf I were you, I would check that out with Dad, he might not want to share!
ReplyDeleteGot any Cheetos?
Kisses,
Stella
mmm....steak...mmmm
ReplyDeleteYou are so clever to figure out what the Beagles were saying. Most of the Beagles I know just howl a lot and chase squirrels!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a fun weekend!
Luv, Lucy (Woof!)
Hi Dory,
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely an ambassador for all of us with your translation skill... just make sure you focus on those foodies vocabulary.
Licks, hero
beagles do have a lot to say, BOL.
ReplyDeletewoof - Tucker
Buster says
ReplyDeleteyes lots of dogs like FOOD
I like it a lot
have a happy weekend
love from Buster
Hi Dory, beagles are our little cousins, and like us,they can be pretty vocal.
ReplyDeleteWe are impressed you speak beagleese - not all dogs do. We reckon that is exactly what they would be saying!
Have a lovely weekend.
love
Martha & Bailey xx
Great translation!! Beaglese is one of the complex dialects of the Hound language. :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat translation of Beaglease, Dory!! Did your Moms let them come over for steak?
ReplyDeleteWoofs and Kisses!
yup that sounds just like what they would want :)
ReplyDeleteMMMMM, I love beagles. Especially when you put peanut butter and jelly on them!
ReplyDeleteYeah. Our mom was raised by Beagles and she said your translation is no doubt spot on!
ReplyDeleteTail wags,
Storms
Beagles certainly do have an interesting language of their own! Can't say I understand them as well as you do, Dory!!
ReplyDeleteSnorts-
Brutus the Frenchie
pee ess, can I have some steaks too??
You can't win these days, Dory. As soon as you figured out the squirrel problem, you have to deal with the steak eaters. You can throw them the bone when you're done. That should keep them quiet for a minute.
ReplyDeleteTwink!
Ooh - Mango's right - they would be your friends forever if you gave them some yummers like that!
ReplyDeleteThat Jack is so funny. I wouldn't be giving those dogs any of my steak Dory, but you do what you want. I meant to tell you great job on the squirrel hunting refresher course although I'm not sure sending your squirrels to someone else's yard really solves the problem. You need to either shoot them or take them to another country. I don't really see you doing the former, so do you have a passport??
ReplyDeleteDory,
ReplyDeleteWhat did your mom say?!
xo martine & the kiddlets
Dory, beagles like to talk a lot, don't they? Maybe you should invite them over to play and then you can all have steak together.
ReplyDeleteWoos and Happy Friday, Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
Dory,
ReplyDeleteI didnt even know that you are fluent in Beagle!! Any other languages that you know??
Bout...that steak, I would say: Sorry Charlie!! that steak is me and Bilbos but thanks for asking!!
Giggles
JAzzi
I'm not sure there is a breed that talks more than Beagles!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the translation!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
Oh Dory, we are impressed that you are bilingual. You are also very cute.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend,
Cindi Lou
and
Judy
OOoooo... I think I'd be asking, politely of course, for some of that steak too... That is if I could get around the drool in my mouth! Gimli
ReplyDeleteHi Dory,
ReplyDeleteWe're very impressed by your translating skills, we don't speak beagleese but when we are at our best behavior mom speaks to us in Spanish, usually when Calvert helps to toilet paper the apartment; so we kind of understand a little bit.
Make sure you tell mom that they also like baked potatoes with bacon and butter, they'll enjoy that. heheheh
Paws-out

ReplyDeleteHi Dory,
ReplyDeleteDid we hear steak?! Is there a pawty?! We sure hope your Mama allow you to have neighbors over.
