ReplyDeleteBOL, ta for joining FFF - even though I got it wrong myself and it is actually next week! Never mind eh? We get an extra day in February to make up for the mistook... hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
We love your story and your foggy shot, Arty.
ReplyDeleteWe are very unhappy with our weather because it is too warm, mid-30's which means drizzle, gray, and foggy. Hopefully cold air will come back soon for us. We love winter, but not this kind of winter.
ReplyDeleteThe Scots word for this weather is 'dreich'. We can feel the drizzle...
ReplyDeleteWe think your poem and picture are perfect.
ReplyDeleteWell done with your Ode to Winter Arty... and OMDs do I love your profile. You are such a hunk a hunk of burning love, I hope Mabel doesn't faint when she sees you.
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
well done on the poem... we had a little fog today also...
ReplyDeleteIt may not be fun to go out in drizzle but it does make beautiful scenes like the one in your photo :)
ReplyDeleteThose foggy mornings always put a 'spring' in our step!
ReplyDeleteAw, what a great shot of duck watching. Love the fog too. We had heavy fog this morning.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day and weekend. Scritches to the pups. ♥

Dear sun, come back, come back, wherever you are.
ReplyDeleteWow, that misty fog is kind of pretty. Hope you're staying warm and dry.
ReplyDeleteVery nice poem, Arty! We hope your sun comes back soon (and ours too)!

PS: We finally figured out a work-around for the computer problem we've been having! We couldn't stay logged into our account and couldn't comment on blogs. Mom switched over to Chrome from Safari - and BINGO! Whew!!!
We need some blue skies and green grass.
ReplyDeleteHave you secretly moved to the Netherlands? That's how it looks quite often over here this month. It get really boring!
ReplyDeleteKlem, Mara
We've had some foggy mornings lately too. It's kind of pretty though. Of course, we don't have to drive in it. BOL!
