Today, we want to tell you how thankful Mama and Daddy are to have us around here to cheer them up during these crazy days of "social distancing"! We have been extra patient and letting Mama dress us up and we have even also allowed Mama and Daddy to go ahead and paint the inside of our house(while we snoopervise of course)! I know, aren't Mama and Daddy lucky to have such wonderful pups like us in the family?!

Painting is a great project and so rewarding. We play hide and seek constantly and it tickles mom to find creating hiding spots for my tennis ball☺

As for staying upbeat...Dad of Madi is watching the 3 Stooges...over and over and oh Yeah over again. He giggles when I ask if he is seeing any thing new but hey do what is necessary.
I'm reading, Queen Bee, Dorothea F. Benton. Written in first person and the main character is also a Beekeeper. She talks to her bees, just like we talk to our pets. I am doing some chores each day, sewing a little and crocheting.

ReplyDeleteLuke gets me out of the house for walks, and the chickens provide us with eggs. If everything in the stores run out, we'll always have eggs so won't go hungry! :)

ReplyDeleteGreat job, pals. We are doing our best to keep our Mom and Dad's spirits up too. We keep sticking close by them so we can keep their feet warm and let them get some good feelings by petting us and giving us tummy rubs. It is a very trying time for them for sure. Let's all cross our paws for things to get back to normal asap.

ReplyDeleteOh guys, what a FABulous job you are doin' keepin' the peeps buzy! I take Ma on a walkie as often as possible ~ along with like 87 hundred other doggies! I swear, I have never seen so many peeps walking their dogs in all my days! where did they all come from??! BOL!!! Oh, and Ma wants to knows if your Pops can come and paint our house??? hehehehee

They're definitely lucky to have you! I'm helping Momma work from home by sleeping on her feet under the table. She said warm feet help her keep focused. I'm also trying to keep her exercised by taking her on extra walks. Yesterday I even helped by slipping out of my harness and running around the playground for her to catch me!
