Rosy here today, in our buzzing backyard! I don't about your part of Blogville, but we have been been seeing more bees than usual in our area!
So, of course, Mama has been out with her camera taking pictures of them!
There are bumble bees
AND honey bees!!
We are very thankful to have so many bees around to pollinate everything AND give Mama something else to take pictures of besides us!
Thank you Brian for hosting the

ReplyDeleteWe haven't noticed many bees, just lots and lots of mosquitoes and they are nasty!
ReplyDeleteYour bandana is just perfect for today's post, Rosy!
ReplyDeleteHaving babies R is a good thing because everything needs those bees to grow like supposed to grow! We are worried and we think that are avocados and things that are supposed to have blooms have not had any because Arby's argon RB tree only had one or two v's in it we have very few butterflies and no bugs we don't even have mosquitoes we don't know what's going on. It's not good to not have bugs

Your bumblebees look different than the ones around here. But we're always glad to see them! Wish we had more honeybees.
ReplyDeleteBees are so important to us, but we need to be careful around them. Nothing worse than a sting. The flowers are beautiful too. Bees love pretty flowers.
ReplyDeleteHave a woof woof Thankful Thursday. My best to your siblings and your mom. ♥
Woohoo! We need those guys to pollute the garden.
ReplyDeleteNot seeing bees around here, but we don't have much in the way of flowers in out yard.
ReplyDeleteRosy, it is great that you and the other pretty flowers are drawing honeybees - they are not around as much in our part of the country (NE Ohio)
ReplyDeleteWe are very happy we aren't seeing too many bees around here yet. We know they are good for pollination, but we don't like being stung:(
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos from Mama.

Bees are so important
ReplyDeleteYou must have our bees because I haven't seen many this year.
ReplyDeleteIt is such good news to have more bees! We seemed to have an unusually high number of bumble bees back in the spring, and now we're seeing more of the honey bees too. We are so happy - we need them to pollinate our veggies so we get lots this summer! :)

We have so many bees in our front garden, they especially like the4 lavender. Our Human says they are good little insects and make all the flowers in our garden grow. Now wasps, that's a totally different story!
