Hey Brother, how do you do that? |
I love my big brother Arty and am so thankful to have him as my mentor. Mama says I even treat him like a super hero even though he sometimes growlies at me. Anyways, the other day while we were playing outside, I noticed he sometimes lifts his leg to go pee pee!!
Can you teach ME to do that Arty?? |
I let him know how cool I thought it was he could pee on three legs and wondered if he could teach me!
Now, just lift your leg Sunny! |
He told me to stand very majestically, make sure all of my feet were sturdy and then lift my back leg! I got the whole majestic thing going but I kept lifting my head instead of my leg.
Keep practicing little bit and you'll get it in no time! |
He was very patient, and I'll keep practicing...even if he and Mama keep giggling!!
Thank you Brian for hosting the
Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
you started with da bestest lesson ever... an apple for da teacher... or a milkbone...

ReplyDeleteSunny, I think you are settling in just fine and you are so lucky to have three wonderfurs siblings to help you along your way!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Sunny, you are a precocious (if somewhat misguided?) student. I didn't start lifting my leg until I was eight months old and I'm a boy!
ReplyDeleteToodle pip!
Bertie
Not to worry Sunny, all good things come with time. Or perhaps you could teach Arty "your way"?
ReplyDeleteNo worries, that is a boy thing. We know how, but rarely do it.
ReplyDeleteI am sitting here in my living room giggling out loud! Don't tell your mother that I told you but I'm very much afraid that you will never learn that trick. But who knows you might
ReplyDeleteI lift my leg a wee bit sometimes but not often. You can do it, Sunny. Keep practicing.
ReplyDeleteI would have been laughing with mom too. So cute, but that's how they learn. Even girl dogs will do this. I know because our Little Bit would do this from time to time.
ReplyDeleteHave a woof woof Thankful Thursday. My best to your wonderful mom. ♥
Those boys sure can lift their leg high when they really want to pee on something high up. Be careful that you don't fall over when you try.
ReplyDeleteWe know you can do it Sunny, Arty will keep teaching you. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteBOL BOL BOL Sunny you might want to get a wee bit more height before you try to stand on 3 legs or either take some yoga lessons. Arty has skills

Oh Sunny...you're as funny as you are adorable.
ReplyDeleteYou are such cuties.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you can figure it out eventually, Sunny! Anything boys can do, grrls can do better!
ReplyDeleteMOL! We loved the big guy trying to teach the little guy! Brofurs are the best!
ReplyDeletePurrs & Head Bonks,
Oliver
Sometimes you have to be a little older to pull off that trick, Sunny! :)

BOL - well, Sunny, we know Arty is a great mentor, but we think Rosie might have something to say about you lifting your leg to pee:)
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
I don't have a big brother or a big sister, I am the big sister
ReplyDeleteOh, I used to lift my leggie to pee on walkies! Nows that I am a *cough, cough* senior, I don't do that much anymores, butts keep practicing Sunny, you'll gets the hang of it! (no pun intended....heheheheee)
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Ruby ♥
They look so sweet together!
ReplyDeleteOh Sunny, that's cause you're a girl. (Aren't you?) Girls squat. Except Angel Lexi, who was so dominant and played the part of a boy as Toto, and sometimes "marked" while on walks. On second thought, it might be a good skill to be bi-peeable. XOX Lucy and Xena
ReplyDeleteFun fact, Lee often lifts a leg to pee! We are sure if you want to you can master this Sunny.
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "It sure must be nice to have a big brother who looks out for you and teaches you things instead of jumping on you and making you squawk!" *looks sideways at Chaplin*
