Happy Nature Frog...I mean Nature Friday!!
This week, I wanted to give you a look at all the handsome suitors that live in my backyard!
This little cutie is one of my favorites! He looks nice and juicy...I mean it looks like he would be a great provider!
Here is a look at him in Sunny's pond/waterfall
so you can get an idea of how big he is...
Looks like at least two bites....I mean, he looks like he would be the pawfect size for me!
This little guy is a bit smaller, and likes to hide under the driftwood in the pond part of Sunny's waterfall
He has pretty brown spots.....
Come on Mama, he is "the one"!
I need to "kiss" him so he can turn into a Handsome Prince!!!
Here is a video Mama put together of
some "Handsome Prince Sightings"
For some reason, Mama is having problems getting the video to upload correctly, if you can't watch it above,
feel free to watch it HERE, on You Tube
Noooooo Mama, I would NEVER bitey him!
(teeheehee)
Oh Rosy, you are a lucky girl with such an abundance of potential handsome princes in your back yard!
ReplyDeletewow there are lot of princes for you... and you can do da prince test to find da real one...
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDeleteI love how these princes all know how to blend with their environment - I had to work real hard to spot them all! How wonderfurs to have so many suitors! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
The froggies are cute but I prefer your stuffie froggie, Rosy!
ReplyDeleteA frog by any other name is dinner!
ReplyDeletefrom the looks of that long pink tongue, you might have had a prince for lunch or dinner. I love what zoo said.. Stuffy Prince is the way to go. here we have to deal with avocado and cherries, in NM you must deal with live frogs... they are so much cuter than avocado.. love the one peeking out of the corner in the fountain. we love frogs here and Beau says he doesn't bother them, so that means you should not either...
ReplyDeleteOh Niece Rosy the frog lost out big time...being your Prince would be just the bestest gig every.
ReplyDeleteAll that being said...all Princesses want to be serenaded and let me just say the frog has a monotone voice he can only Croak a note.
Hugs your Aunty C
You sure have lots of cute frogs and toads around your house. We like how they take a bath in your waterfall. Be careful who you kiss because some might leave a bad taste in your mouth. BOL!
ReplyDeleteMom has cute frogs as her flower bed décor and we also have frogs in our pond
ReplyDeleteAw, what a lovely nature post.
ReplyDeleteHave a woof woof day and weekend. Scritches all around and my best to your peeps. ♥
You've got some fun ones living out there sweet Rosy, I think they like you too!
ReplyDeleteWe had one of those princes show up at my doorstep last week!
ReplyDeleteOh dear, not much to choose from. You may want to stay single, LOL!
ReplyDeleteI think it's better to leave the frogs and toads alone, just to be on the safe side. But they're fun to watch!
ReplyDeleteRosy, it looks more like you need a snack, not a prince, BOL! XOX Xena, Lucy and Chia
ReplyDeleteSo many frogs,my daughter has found them in her house at times, she lives across from a pond
ReplyDeleteWow, you have your very own Frog Prince, Rosy? Elsa says you could get warts if you kiss him. 😂
