One of the saddest part of September, is saying goodbye to the hummingbirds. This week we all shed a tear when Mama took down the last feeder. We'll miss these little tough guys.

Have a nice winter little fluttery friends, we'll see you next Spring!
You look so adorable in your colorful outfit, Sunny. Our hummers have all gone now too. It's always fun to see them around but we'll have to wait until next May to see them again.
we hope all come back next summer... it has something sad to take down the feeders or to bring garden furnitures inside..
ReplyDeleteDon't be sad, Sunny. They'll be back to visit you next year.

If they were at your feeders all year they wouldn't be as fun and exciting. Now you can focus on the more winter like creatures.

ReplyDeleteMany of ours are gone, but there will be plenty that stay. We feed them year around. I know I'd cry too. We love our hummers.
