Welcome to the wonderful Friday each month where Nature Friday comes together with YAM Aunty's FFF!! Make sure to visit YAM Aunty HERE to get the Rulez and join the FFF fun!!

Today, on Nature FF Friday, we have a short film for your viewing pleasure. You see, we have a "Next Door Squirrel". That's right, we have a squirrel living in the garage next door. We have warned him MANY times to stay in his own yard and he REFUSES to stay put!
The following film is just one of the many battles we have had with him:
(As always, feel free to visit our YouTube Channel HERE)

The squirrel may have won this battle, but he has NOT won the war!
We hope everyone gets out to enjoy some Nature this weekend!
From Mama: We are NOT happy about the squirrel "living" in the garage of house next door. It is a long story, the house is not lived in, and the owner has been notified many times. Les sigh....

Show us your nature! It can be flowers, your current weather, a scene out of your window, or maybe a picture from a vacation, walk or other journey! Any kind of nature picture will do! If you don't see a link below, click HERE to go to our Hoppity Page.
wow a squirrel in the next yard? we would explode... that is like the canine version of living next door to alice ;O)
ReplyDeleteGreat musical accompaniment - squirrels used to enrage Mr T as well. I swear I heard him cheering one day when a squirrel raced up a tree to escape him only to be attacked and harried by the crows. (it didn't have a garage to live in)
ReplyDeleteI am laughing at myself because my first thought for a comment is: they have blinds in the garage? I assume the squirrel goes in and out, since the MAJOR Barking is at the fence.
ReplyDeleteYour adorable video makes me even more happy with Beau, because he ignores any and all things in our yard. The squirrels sit on the bottom of the tree and don't even move when he wanders by. the lizards don't move because they know he will not bother them.. now I am wondering if you two chase lizards.

ReplyDeleteOMD, he looks like he's living the high life, that tree rat!!! Hit the jackpot and not about to let it go. You keep up the good work, galdogs!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
What a lucky squirrel to have his very own house but it will all come to an end with you girls on his case soon enough!
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious. I had to watch 3 times I was laughing so much at Rosy going bananas and then in “air jail!”. You 2 girls are the best entertainment!
ReplyDeleteWe are totally interested in rabbits. It didn't take us long to realize that squirrels are really mean and they don't play fair so we rarely have interest in them. Sometimes they run along the top of our fence and we chase them down until they jump off in another yard and run away.
ReplyDeleteNIECES ROSY AND SUNNY (YES AUNTY IS SHOUTING) ALONG WITH YOUR BARKING.
ReplyDeleteWHAT IN THE WORLD SUCH A CHEEKY AND AGGRAVATING TREE RODENT LIVING IN THE GARAGE NEXT DOOR.
I'm sorry for Mama and Daddy having to deal with his cheekiness. You did give him your very very best HBO barks and warnings. Aunty is a firm believer in what goes around comes around...sending loving and hugs

THe tree rats can be little stinkers. Maybe next time you’ll chase him away and he won’t come back.
ReplyDeleteLol! That's hilarious!! Thanks for sharing. :-)
