Thankful Thursday by Jacob

Today I am thankful for my new family!
I am lucky to run around
in Dory's great big backyard

I am mastering the art of chasing squirrels,
I haven't caught one yet....

...but maybe one day

I am being very quiet and respectful of Mr. B, and only speak when
spoken to (well...most of the time)

I am still a little needy and make sure that I can always see Mama or Daddy,
but I am getting more relaxed every day.
I am so proud to be one of  Dory's pack!

(was that good Dory??)

  27. Excellent! Jacob, we are so happy that you are fitting in so well! And don't worry, the fun is in the chasing of the squirrels - the humans tend to get a little squeamish when we actually catch them....

  30. Hello Dory and Co!
Its lovely to be part of a pack isn't it? Especially a good pack like yours!
I have never managed to catch a squirrel either. But partly that is because there isn't any in Australia.
I was watching that video of your back yard and it was lovely! Your backyard is definitely a haven for doggies and wild life :0)
How about those orange finches! Pretty flash!

    your pal,
