Lupine Flower Friday

Arty-fly here, fluttering around and wishing you a very
Happy Flower Friday!!

This week, Mama and I want to show you some of the beautiful
spring Lupines we have in Northy North California right now!

Now, you might remember we are all from Texas. Well Mama really LOVES Bluebonnets...Guess what?? Bluebonnets are a type of Lupine!!

The Lupines here are a LOT bigger, but when Mama see a field like this...
it reminds here of Spring in Texas!!

You can see these Lupine up and down the highways and they love mountain sides!

We also have these beautiful bright yellow Lupines!

Although they are bright and cheery, they aren't very popular. You see they aren't native to our area, and they grow and grow, keeping other native plants from growing.

Mama and I sure do love to see them though...

They look like great big yellow bluebonnets

We hope you enjoyed our Lupine Flower Friday this week...

Have a Beautiful Buttie-fly Weekend!!!

Hop aboard and show us the flowers blooming in your corner of the world (If you don't see the link here, please click HERE to go to our Hoppity page)!!
