First Day of School!

Rosy here today to tell you all about my first day at school!!

My school is about 1/2 hour away and this week Daddy drove the car school bus to get us there
while Mama and I sang school bus songs!

I got a bit nervous before we went in, wondering how I would get along with everyone but I shouldn't have worried.

I met a bunch of great new furiends! This is Brinkley the American Stafford Bull Dog. At first, I thought he was Bertie's gal Addi, then Mama let me know he was a boy dog. Thank goodness I didn't say anything,  that would have been VERY embarrassing!

We all paid close attention to the teacher. He showed us how to sit and lay down this week. I was a little nervous and just sat back and watched for the first part of the class. Then I relaxed a little and even gave laying down a try!

I am the smallest pup in the group and am still learning names, but there are 2 labrador retrievers and a standard poodle, along with Brinkley. I think we are going to have tons of fun over the next 6 weeks. I'm already looking forward to next Saturday!

 "RRRROOOOOOSSSSYYYY...time to do your homework!"
FIVE MORE MINUTES MAMA!!!
*sigh*
Guess I have to go, but don't worry,  I'll keep you updated on how class is going!!!

  1. Gosh Rosy you were so good, staying quiet and paying attention to teacher.
Gail still goes slightly pale and starts shaking slightly when she remembers my 'assertive' behaviour at my first ever puppy class. I once overheard her saying that it was the closest she's come to having a nervous breakdown...
    Toodle pip!
    Bertie.
PS Good job you didn't tell that huge Staffie that he's a girl!

  14. Oh, how fun! I LOVED going to school! I was valedictorian of all my classes. Jessie did very well at her beginner class, but then she got sick just as they were finishing class so she didn't go back to do more advanced training like I did.
