I think Autumn is my most favorite time of the year. Do you know why? Because all the leafs fall from the trees and I get to play with them!!
I am so very thankful for leaves and I wrote a short poem about them for your reading pleasure!
Leafs are fun
You can chase them and run
I love them a bunch
Especially when they CRUNCH
What's that Mama??
Ummmm
Crunch under my PAWS Mama, not in my mouth!
What?? No Mama I am not eating the leaf...
Reeeeaaallllllly I'm not!
Don't forget, on Thursday, November 23rd we are hosting the annual Thanks- Blogville Day Blog Hop, where everyone can do a post
on why THEY are thankful for Blogville!! We will have our assistant

Rosy, top tip here from an older pup.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to do something that your human does not approve of, then it's not the best idea to post about it on your blog.

ReplyDeleteWell, Rosy, as autumn is pretty much the only season you've experienced thus far, it makes sense to be your favourite... wonder what you will make of the others??? Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Leaves can be fun to chase, but we are discouraged as it only builds our hunting drive which we have plenty of already! Bailie is the only one, our four year old puppy, who is still into chasing leaves. We love how she seems to remain a puppy forever. Don't eat them, Rosy, they are not good as food.
ReplyDeleteLeaves taste so good...oh wait I mean they taste horrible. 😉 ~nose nudges Bessie Pup
ReplyDeletetoday I am thankful that your mommy got you and that you always make me smile, that cockeyed look has me laughing out loud... thank you Rosey and Mommy for a smile
ReplyDeleteHailey wants Rosy to know grass tastes better than leaves.

BOL! Of COURSE you meant under your paws, Rosy! Mommas are so distrustful sometimes.
ReplyDeleteYou can't help it if those leaves just jump into your mouth!
ReplyDeleteCute little Rosy...enjoy those flat wind up toys (otherwise known as leaves). We hope to join you guys on the thankful post. We've already pawed mama to set a reminder. ☺️
ReplyDeleteYour fur-iends,

I like chasing leaves but not so much when they get caught on my leg furnishings or even worse on my face. We have Velcro fur and all sorts of things get caught on our coats BOL . Nose licks and love from Moth xx
