For instance, last weekend she found a ball that TALKS and brought it home! For some silly reason, she thought we would love it. Um Mama, balls are made for playing fetch, chewing on and maybe sometimes squeaking, but NOT for talking!!
uninterested in it but I, Jakey, took a few minutes to show it who was boss!!
I thought it might be a good idea to take it out in the backyard.

ReplyDeleteI am pleased to report that Gail has absolutely promised she will never ever buy me a talking ball. She says she would find it even more irritating than Jakey apparently did.

We have other toys that talk or play music and we usually like them. Balls are not really our thing. Hope you can make friends with the new chatty Cathy in the house.

ReplyDeleteThe girls were barking their support for you as we watched the video. They like their toys that speak. We have the series of animals that talk and while they've gotten away from playing with them, they still will occasionally attack one to hear it speak. I suspect they'd enjoy this ball.

ReplyDeleteMomma's never been so silly as to buy me one of those. She said it's because my angel Aunt Kaitlin once was gifted one of those balls, and it scared the snot out of the humans when she moved it and they weren't expecting it. Disembodied voice out of nowhere!
