Do you ever have one of those days when you have a smiley on your face all day long?! Well today, in celebration of World Smile Day and Nature Friday, I thought I would show you what keeps a smiley on my face for the day, an Autumn Mama and me adventure!!!
Wednesday turned out to be a pawfect Autumn day. Cool temperatures and a bright blue sky had Mama and I longing for adventure, so we decided to take a drive down to the Humboldt Redwoods State Park for the morning.
We enjoyed the greener than green evergreen trees against the blue skies,and we spent lots of time looking at the wispy wisps of clouds as they meandered by...
Of course, there was some costume modeling during our adventure too. I didn't mind though, we stopped and took frequent "Good Boy Breaks" where Mama gave me lots of scritchies while she told me what a good boy I was being.
Plus, it didn't hurt that she remembered to bring the treats.

We've had some rain in the past week, and it triggered a few of the wildflowers to bloom!
How nice it was to see a little summer color on a cool Autumn day!
But, most of all it was nice being out in the fresh air....
...and enjoying the peace and quiet!!
