Flowerworks on Nature Friday

Tomorrow, here in the US, we are celebrating Independence Day!! Mama says there will be cheezy burgers and lots of playing outside!

We are already sick and tired of the boomers that have been going off this week and decided to do something quieter and pretty to celebrate Independence Day!!

We are ditching the loud and scary fireworks for some colorful FLOWER-works!!

Oooooo...Fairy Hats

Aaawwww...Lilacs!

Soooo pretty!!!

Oooo, a quad of Fuschias!!!

 and a nice red dahlia!!

This is a great Flower-works show!!

A white dahlia with pink points, WOW!!!

Another red dahlia....

Look at this explosion of color....

Isn't this better than loud, scary fireworks?!!

A columbine with purple background!!

A fire burst of orange!

We hope you enjoyed our flower-works show today.
We are wishing everyone a quiet, stress free
Independence Day full of cheezy-burgers!!!

I'm not bity-ing the eagle Mama...I is kissing it!

Show us your nature! It can be flowers, your current weather, a scene out of your window, or maybe a picture from a vacation, walk or other journey! Any kind of nature picture will do! If you don't see a link below, click HERE  to go to our Hoppity Page.

  2. Happy 4th July! You flowerworks are just so stunning - the dahlias especially. So much better than all those loud bangs and screeches.
But Sunny, just a wee word. With those sharp little puppy teeth, sometimes kisses can be mistaken for biteys...
    Toodle pip!

  6. We've been dealing with those boomers for two weeks now and they will continue well after the 4th. Since we go to be early because Mom gets up so early to work, it is really a mess because she can't sleep with all the noise either. Not a very fun holiday. Hope you can enjoy it.

  10. There have been lots of fireworks going off here too. I'm sure it will be a noisy 4th. We remember when we had Little Bit how she hated the fireworks. It was a lot of work to keep her calm.

Love your patriotic outfits. Your mom knows how to do things right.

Have a woof woof day, a safe 4th and a fabulous weekend. My best to your mom. ♥

  18. What pretty flowers!

Da fireworks don't bother me - I actually went to the fireworks show last year and didn't really care. I guess being used to all the thunder here helped.
