This week's weather has been a lot sunnier and warmer than last week! Most of our snow is gone, and Mama took a few drives to see the local desert scenery!
Remember the Cholla Garden Arty and Rosy visited in Joshua Tree State Park last year?
Well, they dot the landscape around here! Mama is a bit obsessed with them, and can't wait to see them bloom this Spring.
Mama got out a took a couple of pictures of the landscapes
before the snow melted...
These are the Sandia Mountains, they are very close to our house. We can't wait for Mama to take us exploring up there when it gets a bit warmer!
There quite a few of fun places and trails we are going to get to explore!
Did you know they have volcanoes in New Mexico???
This is one of five inactive volcanoes that are close to our house!
They have a great big park and Daddy said we can all go there and hike in the Spring!
We hope everyone gets out and finds some local nature this weekend!
